Chef and social entrepreneur, Arthur Potts Dawson speaks at Green Talk 2011 about the People's Supermarket. The project is designed to connect people to their food and allow them to really take ownership of where it comes and how it's produced. Arthur also discusses the importance of food security and the concept of "listening to food".
"If we ignore our food then we are guilty of letting large corporations take control of the food in our lives"
