Wake up your campers with the scent of this Peach Rice Pudding cooking on the stove. It sounds fancy, but is simple to cook after a long night in a sleeping bag. Even in the hottest weather, a good breakfast starts the day out right, and this one is perfect.
Powdered eggs work well in this recipe, if you don't bring fresh along. I even measure out the rice and dry milk before leaving home, then when I need to make this breakfast, I only need to measure out the water. Enjoy this classic camp kitchen treat.
