I love love love zukes!!! My family enjoys zucchini bread, just as much as cake! It's one of my favorite ways to eat it, and my 2 year old son loves it! We also love to grill Zucchini spears on the grill when we have burgers or steaks! Thanks for the other ideas, we will definately put them to use!
