LAX Terminal Four is getting a food truck called the L.A. Gourmet Street Truck that will showcase ethnic cuisine from the Los Angeles area. The Los Angeles Airport is already revamping Terminal Four to include six local restaurants, and the new food truck will feature a rotating seasonal menu from some of Los Angeles' top mobile eateries.
The L.A. Gourmet Street Truck inside LAX Terminal Four is set to open at the end of the summer in 2012. Has the food truck phenomenon hit critical mass, or do you think there's room for further expansion within the genre?
