A great way to showcase those beautiful, garden fresh tomatoes is in a classic Italian Caprese salad - a simple combination of tomatoes, basil, fresh mozzarella. We gave our Caprese a twist and created easy-to-serve "towers," alternating stacks of color topped with a luscious green dollop of pesto.
