Thank you, Mike Adams AKA the Health Ranger for putting together this list of toxic additives commonly found in our modern food supply. The usual suspects such as corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, GMOs, and bisphenol-A all made the list, but there are plenty of others that you may not be aware of.
Take soy protein for example, many people believe that this is a healthy ingredient. The trouble is that it's isolated by using hexane, a toxic solvent and it's typically made from GMO beans.
The ranger also discuss food label tricks such as using five different kinds of sugars, so that they don't need to put sugar first on the label. If they use a little glucose syrup, corn syrup solids, and dextrose, then they can appear lower down on the ingredient list.
Reading labels is crucial to our health, and even organic foods contain many of these ingredients.
