Would you buy the booze-filled Tetra Paks in the "Ecohols" series by Jorn Beyer? The Dusseldorf designer applied the familiar logos and branding of several spirit brands to beverage cartons in an attempt to examine how packaging affects purchase choices.
The glass bottles of the alcohol brands featured in the Ecohols project are far more seductive than their Tetra Pak counterparts, but Beyer's design is more eco-friendly. Is this design a viable way for liquor distillers to "green" their manufacturing?
