There is no reason to deny yourself a frozen treat during the summertime heat. This mango frozen yogurt is easy to make and will keep your waistline trim. I love the flavor of mango because it is wonderful on it's own. When you have a ripe mango with canary yellow flesh, you don't need much else in terms of a sweetener. A little honey goes a long way in this recipe. If you like something a little more exotic, experiment by adding different herbs and spices like mint or cardamom.
Ingredients:
3 cups non-fat, plain yogurt
2 ripe mangoes
1/3 cup low-fat milk
honey, to taste
