I bet you never thought this rich and creamy Italian dessert was perfect for entertaining on the cheap, huh? Well prepare to be proven wrong! Assuming you have basic baking supplies on-hand (sugar, extract) we're looking at $3.64 for 4 servings or $0.91 per serving! (If you had to run out and buy gelatin like me, the price bumps to $1.09 per serving - wahoo!) This is one super elegant dessert to make on the cheap and perfect for summer - no baking! No eggs! No gluten! Why aren't you making it yet?!
