Friday night is synonymous with pizza for dinner. It has always been a tradition in my family to go out to dinner for pizza on Friday's. Of course I love the traditonal pepperoni and cheese but nouvelle pizza has opened us to a whole new world of pizza. Now you can practically have any of your favorite foods in the form of a pizza. This pizza is smothered in bbq sauce and topped with pungent red onions, smoky cheese, and fresh cilantro. Try making this BBQ chicken pizza this Friday night.
5 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
3 cups barbecue sauce
1 premade pizza crust (store bought or homemade)
½ cup olive oil
8 ounces shredded Italian Fontina
6 ounces shredded smoke Gouda
1 red sweet onion, thin sliced
