The Darth Vader Carrot by sushi chef Oki is an intricate carved sculpture of the Sith Lord made from three big carrots held together with bamboo skewers and toothpicks. Even Darth Vader's system status belt appears in the finished pieces; it's made from itty-bitty vegetables pressed into a radish square.
Oki posted several photos of the step-by-step process on his blog. Would you ever take on this Darth Vader carrot sculpture?

Um, probably not, but I do have a fascination with food art. I cook when I'm bored, and I'm too tired when I'm done to play with the trimmings! But maybe one of these days...
