
As anyone adhering to a gluten free diet knows, finding a suitable cracker feels like the Quest for the Holy Grail. In fact, I gave up - 7 years ago - despite waves of desire for that crispy crunch that not even a chip could fill. Finally, last year I gave in - I tried some new crackers, was bitterly disappointed and swore them off again -- until it occurred to me that "Hey! I could bake my own!" And so I did -- and they were mighty fine.
