A great way to use fresh-from-the-garden broccoli, this recipe couldn't be easier! Why steam your broccoli when you can roast it? Roasting naturally brings out the hidden sweetness of vegetables, broccoli included, creating a contrast between the crunchy-roasted edges and the tender-sweet stems - there's no better way to serve fresh broccoli! Add toasted almonds, Pecorino Romano or Parmesan cheese, add onions or sliced bell peppers to the roasting pan - the possibilities are endless.
