Olive tapenade is a versatile condiment that adds a rich flavor to whatever it's paired with. Tapenade is quick and easy to make, especially if you have the aid of a food processor. You can serve tapenade as a spread for pizza, burgers, or sandwiches. Place it on top of cooked fish or chicken for a gourmet touch. I like to eat it simply spread on a nice piece of crusty bread.
Ingredients:
2 cups pitted Niçoise
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon capers, drained
4 anchovy fillets
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil

This looks great! It will go perfect with the home-made focaccia I'm going to make later today. Thanks for the recipe.
