Lasagna is a crowd-pleasing dish that is easy to make. This is the perfect recipe to showcase your homemade pesto. When I was in cooking school, I was told that the best pestos are made from the smallest and most delicate of leaves. Pesto can be made in a blender, food processor, or by hand with a mortar and pestle. Pesto lasagna is a great alternative to the heavy meat and red sauce version. This is a comfort food you can enjoy in the summertime.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup flour, sifted
1/2 cup butter
4 cups whole milk, boiling
