Emeril Lagasse is the latest celebirty chef to be recruited as a judge by Top Chef: Texas.
Lagasse is joining the ranks of Hugh Acheson, Padma Lakshmi, Tom Colicchio, and Gail Simmons as a judge on the newest season. The producers have kept pretty hush-hush about what can be expected in the upcoming season, but they have said there will be "many surprising twists and turns and never-before-seen challenges and events."
Rumor has it that Pee-Wee Herman was seen with some of the Top Chef:Texas judges in San Antonio. Could he be involved in one of the "surprising twists and turns?"
The new season of Top Chef: Texas will air this fall on Bravo.
