This is one of those sandwiches where you'll really need a napkin. Half the fun of eating a meatball sub is maneuvering the mess. There are no pre-packaged meatballs in this recipe, just one made by hand. If you don't want to use ground beef, go ahead and substitute it with ground pork or turkey. This is a dinner that will please everyone, especially the little ones.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
16 ounces tomato sauce no-salt-added divided
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs

1 clove garlic minced
2 teaspoons olive oil
