Food Network’s celebrity chef, Aarón Sanchez, will open Mestizo, a new Mexican inspired restaurant this October in Park Place, Leawood in Kansas. He currently owns two restaurants in New York City and has now partnered with Trifecta Management Group on this new venture. Mestizo will combine authentic Mexican environment and Aarón’s original recipes, and will be a blend of Mexico’s and United States’ best foods. His goal is “just to bring good food to all different markets.” The celebrity chef chose Park Place because of its great blend of unique dining, surrounded by retail stores and businesses.
Mestizo is just one of the three restaurants that will open in Kansas City. Steak and seafood restaurant 801 Chophouse and casual brewery restaurant chain, Gordon Biersch Brewery will launch also in Leawood late this year.
