With a production that's limited to one gallon at a time, the Coney Island Brewing Company is easiest the world's smallest commercial brewery. It opened with much fanfare on Aug. 10 on 12th St. and Surf Avenue, just next to the freak show on Coney Island.
Coney Island Brewing Company puts the "micro" in microbrew. Recent one-gallon batches include a pumpernickel bagel porter and a caramel apple ale.
