Melon wrapped in proscuitto is a simple appetizer that is perfect for outdoor eating. The slightly sweet melon pairs perfectly with the salty and meaty proscuitto. You might think it is a weird combination but this is actually a classic antipasto dish in Italy. It only requires two ingredients: Melon and proscuitto. Proscuitto is a salt cured ham from Italy. You can usually find it in your local market but if not, try an Italian or gourmet foods store. I recommend using canteloupe or honeydew melon. This no-bake, no fuss appetizer should be at your next party.
