I am lucky enough to live next to one of the best melon farms in the country. Imagine, hundreds of cantaloupe, the size of soccer balls, waiting to be eaten. It is a combination of the sandy soil and the magic touch the farmer has with this delicious fruit.
If you can, buy all the melon possible at the market right now. It is inexpensive when in season, and can be frozen for winter. Here are 5 ways to enjoy this delicious food right now:
