This recipe is simple to make, yet tastes extravagant. Use pears that are really ripe for best results. Enjoy!
5 ripe pears, cored, peeled (if desired) and sliced
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 Cup cream
1 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp nutmeg
Place the pear slices into a 9X9 inch pan.
Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over fruit slices
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cream and flour.
Pour evenly over the slices.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, or until pears are cooked through.
