A new app for iPhones and iPod touches provides users with lists of restaurants and predictions for how much they will them. Based on user-inputed information and social data from friends' recommendations on sites like Facebook and Foursquare, Ness works similarly to Netflix. It distinguishes itself from other apps because it relies on information from the user and their friends, allowing Ness to create custom reccommendations better suited to the user's tastes.
No relying on that strange guy on Yelp anymore! Also, pretty pictures.
