This Mortadella was found this morning, at a local grocery store in Aulla, Italy. Mortadella is a large Italian sausage, sliced and used like bologna. A shout out to Wandering Italy, a website dedicated to bringing authentic experience of Italy to those of us not lucky enough to be there.
