Once was not enough for a central PA man, who in May, had been caught trying to stuff a rack of ribs down his pants in a local supermarket. He had pleaded guilty to theft and public drunkenness.
Now, Donald Noone, of Carlisle, PA, has made a second attempt. This time, the charge will be a second degree misdemeanor, since it is his second offense.
What is it with stuffing weird food items down pants as a crime? In March, we noted another man who committed the same crime with shrimp.
