The Sriracha Flying Rooster Chocolate Truffles by Socola Chocolatier are a sweet yet spicy treat. The half-inch chocolate truffles are imbued with Sriracha, a garlicky chili sauce familiar to fans of Asian cuisine.
"Everyone asked for us to do a chili [chocolate]," said cofounder Susan Lieu to SFoodie. "Since we are a Vietnamese company and so is the maker of Sriracha, we experimented with the ingredient and it worked." The Sriracha Flying Rooster Chocolate Truffles are available for purchase online here and at the Potrero Hill Whole Foods.
