
The scenery is Portland, Oregon is picturesque and there are many parks to kick back and enjoy the landscape. Don't be surprised if you run into numerous bicycle ice-cream vendors, which embody the wild west spirit of lawlessness.
These illegal vendors are not willing to pay the $120 a month fee to receive a permit. Of course, the legitimate vendors are not pleased about these renegade riders.
In the laid back spirit of the west coast, employee Shawn Rogers said, "they're not hurting anyone, so we don't chase them."
Yep, I don't see this ending in a heated battle, perhaps all of that nature keeps the citizens calm. Here in the big apple, there certainly would be a food fight.
