Broccoli has a bad rap. Just because the TV tells us that broccoli is not going to taste good, is no reason to miss out on this tasty veg. When asked, people say it has a strong flavor, is limp, or even tasteless. All things that are the fault of the quality of the broccoli. Buy it fresh or fresh frozen, cook it lightly, and enjoy!
Here are some ways to eat broccoli that might convert some of the haters.
