We've seen several foods from the "Harry Potter" film franchise brought to life, but these Magic Edible Harry Potter Wands take the cake; unlike many of the other projects, these wands actually perform magic. Instructables user BrittLiv, who happens to be a chemical and biological engineering student, provided instructions to create not just the fondant and chocolate wands, but three chemical reactions to perform with the wands.
The Magic Edible Harry Potter Wands can serve as a pH indicator, color the tongue and make water glow under an ultraviolet light. See the wands in action below:
