A group of thirteen thirsty people shattered the World Record for "Most Pubs Visited in 24 Hours by a Team" by hitting an unbelievable 250 in a 24 hour period.
The previous record was 170 in Chicago. During their record-breaking binge, one member of the group downed a half pint of beer at every location. They even set up a Twitter account (@RecordPubCrawl) for the occasion.
At around 6 p.m., the group stopped into Solas for the record-breaking beer. It was shared by team leaders Chris Solarz and Bea Reig who happened to be celebrating their three-year wedding anniversary at the place they first met. How romantic!
The group tweeted news of their record-breaking crawl later that evening.
What do you think of their accomplishment?

The article actually said 200 pubs (pizza joints, sake bars and everything else) in a 10 hour period. That would be an average of 20 per hour or 1 every 3 minutes!.....Either they visited the same bars repeatedly.....or....they were riding in a "stretch" rocket sled. Doesn't matter....I love stupid records like this. Salud!
