Earlier this year, we covered Jamie Oliver's upcoming line of healthy snacks, and now the crusading celebrity chef has added ethically sourced fish fingers to his product arsenal. The fish fingers are made from Alaskan pollock rather than cod since the latter fish is a threatened species.
Oliver's Alaskan pollock fish fingers were created with Young's, a frozen fish company based in Grimsby. "The freezing process seals in all the goodness like vitamins and omega 3," he said. A pack of 10 fish fingers will retail for £1.99.
