One of the cutest cookie recipes I've seen in a while! Super cute (and now - gluten free!) shortbread cookies that are frosted to look like Scrabble letter tiles. Think of the possibilities: send them with the kids for lunch using vocabulary words or a cute message; after school snack with a cute saying -- whoever said you shouldn't play with your food obviously hasn't seen these cookies!
