
Celebrity trainer, Justin Gelband, spoke about Lily Aldridge and Miranda Kerr's diet and fitness regimen and both ladies are fans of The Blood Type Diet.
"My girls eat really healthily and I check that. Any change in nutrition will show quickly on their bodies," Gelband said. "They follow 'The Blood Type Diet' by Dr D’Adamo where they take a blood test and avoid any foods that may clump up their blood."
While Gelband says he doesn't advise his clients much on their nutrition, he does have a few recommendations. Always stay hydrated, stay away from too much salt and sugar and eat frequent meals.
Aside from their diets, Gelband says Kerr and Aldridge exercise for 75 minutes, 4 to 5 times a week.
