A Reddit user posted this image of one brand of Soba noodles yesterday. They contain an unbelievable amount of sodium. Considering the noodles usually contain just buckwheat flour and regular flour, the fact that just one serving of this brand contains 125 percent of your daily sodium needs is unthinkable. What's in them?
This is why shoppers should always read the labels before buying packaged foods.
