Ecocentric is the umbrella blog under which the Eat Well Guide, Daily Table, Green Fork, Sustainable Table, and H2O Conserve reside.
These conscious eco-citizens jumped at the chance to participate in the Slow Food 5$ Challenge. They were so excited, that they did the whole experiment in advance of the official September 17th event day.
