Olivia Munn Shares her Diet Secrets

Olivia Munn graces the cover of the October edition of Shape Magazine and the actress dished on the secrets that help her get in shape without a trainer.

"If I can't see it, I don't eat it," the I Don't Know How She Does It actress says.

Munn explains that in certain foods, we just can't see what ingredients have been used. "For  example, if you buy a roasted chicken at the store, it sounds healthy, right? But those brown juices in the pan are made of what? Sugar? Soy sauce? If I don't know for sure, it's not going in my mouth."

The actress says she has also found a healthy alternative to snacking on potato chips. Instead, she'll eat Vlasic Kosher Pickles because "they're a perfect fit for stress-eating."

Munn's new lifestyle includes her new found love for dance aerobics and makes sure to do 45-minute routines at least a few times a week.
