The Scrap Trap may just be one of my new favorite kitchen gadgets! Easily hooking into kitchen drawers, this food waste bin seriously helps with prep work. Grating carrots? Grate right into the bin! Peeling potatoes? Same thing. While the Scrap Trap has both a super cute name and is an excellent, well, bin for scraps, you can also scrap your chopped veggies into the bin and use that to transport your finely diced celery and onions to your stock pot, Dutch oven, fry pan, wok, etc!
