Even though the world's economy may be struggling, a Chinese man spent $200,000 on a 62-year-old bottle of Dalmore Scotch.
It's unclear what the man plans to do with the scotch, but it's increasingly likely he won't drink it. The bottle's value has increased by more than $150,000 in just 10 years so many buyers intend to collect rather than drink the liquor.
The bottle sat for six months in Singapore’s Changi airport before being sold. The scotch has flavor profiles including honey, coffee, bitter chocolate and Seville oranges.
