Pinch Food Design is an avant-garde catering company that specializes in itty-bitty culinary art. Founders TJ Girard and Bob Spiegel concoct creations like the falafel above, which is comprised of pressed pita chips, cucumber pickle, falafel meat, red olive and hummus.
Other Pinch Food Design delicacies include tiny basil-crusted bites of filet mignon served atop a cabinet knob, a 3/4-inch spaghetti roll topped with a dime-sized meatball, and pastries suspended from tiny copper hooks. What do you think about this New York City duo's edible designs?
