
The majority of milk consumed on our planet comes from cows, yet goat milk may be the healthier choice.
For one thing, cows are a much larger mammal than humans, and the molecules of their milk is much larger than human milk. Goat milk is more similar to human milk, and for many people, much easier to digest.

This does not take into account the issue of raw vs. pasteurized dairy. Some people with dairy allergies, do fine when the milk is raw, from either goat or cow.
