I love the idea of little, teensy burgers. It looks amazing on the platter, and if they are assembled in order, it takes no more time to make a bunch of sliders as it does to make a few larger burgers.
My family thinks I am a food hero when I present any sort of sliders for dinner. Don't tell them it's all just show.
