Cauliflower florets are tossed in cornstarch, fried and served in a spicy sweet 'n sour sauce that will have you swearing off takeout for good! For this recipe, you can use 100% cornstarch (or cornstarch and rice flour) instead of AP flour & corn starch to fry. For the sauce, be sure to use gluten free tamari for the soy sauce element. Dairy free / vegan.
