Bobby Flay is taking over for Gordon Ramsay to host the Chef's Challenge: The Ultimate Battle for a Cure in Toronto on November 26.
The fundraiser is to raise money for ovarian and breast cancer, and puts teams up against each other to make a five-course meal for Flay and a panel of judges. Each team will be led by a Food Network Canada chef.
"I hope not to be too tough on [the contestants]," Flay said, "but there’s always the pressure of time and talent. The food has to taste good. But they are going to be coached by these great chefs from Canada."
