Today is national cinnamon bun day (in Sweden), and for the gluten and sugar free people, that's a tough one to celebrate.
Fear not, because these raw cinnamon rolls contain only whole foods and are sweetened with dates and raisins.
Keep in mind, that even healthy desserts, are still meant to be eaten in moderation.
1 cup raw walnuts
½ cup raisins
½ cup (packed) pitted dates (about 12 dates)
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¼ teaspoon each: sea salt and ground nutmeg
