The Kim Lyons Post Pregnancy Diet

Kim Lyons recently had a baby and has been struggling to get the weight off.

”It took serious dedication," The Biggest Loser trainer said. "I set my goals and when I wanted to give up, I called a friend and scheduled a workout with them to make sure I had someone there to keep me accountable.”

To help shed the pounds, Lyons put herself on a strict diet of “oatmeal, eggs and smoothies for breakfast, steamed veggies, quinoa and chicken for lunch and big salads with fish for dinner.”
