Take your classic coleslaw to the next level with this nutrient dense purple cabbage salad.
Tahini offers quality fat and protein along with a different kind of creaminess than the traditionally used mayonnaise.
Red Cabbage Slaw with Tahini Dressing
1 Small Head of Red-Purple Cabbage Shredded
6 Carrots Shredded
1 bunch of Green Onions
4 tablespoons of Flax Seed Oil
4 tablespoons of Tahini (Sesame Seed Paste)
6 tablespoons of Lemon
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1 tablespoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Chopped Garlic Clove
