Pumpkin spice syrup is a great condiment to have around the holidays. Essentially, you will infuse a simple syrup (equal parts water and sugar) with aromatic spices like cinnamon and cloves. You can add the syrup to whipped cream or frosting for a kick of flavor. Or use it to make your own pumpkin spice lattes at home. For a Halloween, add the syrup to cocktails for a festive touch.
