2 skinned& boned whole chicken legs, cut bite-sized
2 tablespoons oyster sauce 1/2 tablespoon corn flour (organic to avoid GMO)
1/2 teaspoon white pepper powder
2 tablespoons brandy/ DOM/ Chinese rice wine
2 tablespoons julienned ginger chopped spring onions/ chives, for garnish
Blanched Chinese Greens
1 big bunch kale/ bok choy/ any Chinese greens salt
2 tablespoons oyster sauce
1 big pinch white pepper
1 big dash sesame oil fried crispy shallots fried crispy garlic nubs
