The Chopp is an ergonomic cutting board designed by Alastair Crompton that is quite possibly the coolest prep surface since the OCD Chef cutting board. It features several cutting aids to keep round or elongated food items like cucumbers, apples and eggs steady; its interchangeable heads allow you to swap the plates out as necessary.
The Chopp also has two storage containers built right into the cutting board and a cheese grater attachment that lets you grate cheese directly into a storage container. The antimicrobial cutting board is an entry for the 2011 James Dyson Award -- do you think it will win?
