The Cocktail R-Evolution kit from Molecule-R lets you engage in a little molecular mixology. It contains all the tools you'll need to create caviar beads filled with booze, gelatinous mixers and airy martinis.
The Cocktail R-Evolution kit contains five additives -- cold soluble gelatin, soy lecithin, xanthan gum, sodium alginate and calcium lactate -- a set of measuring spoons, a slotted spoon and five pipettes. It also comes with a DVD loaded with 30 cocktail recipes.
